The Oasis Anahiem is a great place to live. We preciously lived in an apartment that didn’t have a washer and dryer in unit which has horrible so finding out they had them sold us. The front desk is always helpful when we call with questions and love that it’s pet friendly. I would highly recommend living here!

Wow! I’ve been here over 4 years and, I am so happy with our Leasing office team. Angeline, the Leasing Manager, along with Jacob, Assistant Manager, Allison and Christine are so attentive. It truly feels like community again! I appreciate everything you do from holiday decorations, fun door decorating contests, painting events, and business networking. I like that you’ve created social media posts with tips, and events or places of interest in our surrounding community. I can’t forget to mention… the weekly lunch trucks for dinner. Our maintenance team is fantastic. Erwin is always so friendly with a big smile and takes care of your repair needs. His team member Isais has been around for a minute and is professional and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to ensure your repairs are done right. Danny is super sweet and he explains things in detail to let you know what was done and what is needed! Thank you all! Loving it here again.

Wanted to write a positive review on the changes taking place here at the Oasis apartments. Had several work orders done completed in expeditious fashion. Danny Baker was my technician today and went out of his way to make sure the job was done. Well he even had to move some personal items for me because I’m handicap had no problem moving my laundry basket out of the way and putting it back accordingly which I appreciated. Staff is going out of their way to try to bring things around in a positive manner and it’s starting to show.

The Oasis Anaheim is a lovely family oriented community and it comes with amazing perks like a double basketball court for my boys and also has a huge pet park for dogs to run around freely and also after the park we head to the doggie wash station right next to the park to freshen up before heading back to our lovely home. The Oasis team has stepped up their cleaning throughout the complex, clubhouse, and gym. Everywhere is spotless and pool area is amazingly clean. They got a new cleaner and she is awesome at her job! The safety of the community has really increased drastically. Happy to call this place home.

Apartment hunting can be exhausting, and just when I was getting burnt out, I find The Oasis and their incredible leasing agent Christina Guillén. The good Lawd had mercy on me as she was so informative and attentive to my needs. Every issue I thought I might have, every question I could think of, she not only answered, but she put my mind at ease and I immediately felt like this was going to be home. I only wish I could get this type of customer service in every other aspect of my life!

The 1st time I toured this apartment I fell in love. Rent is so expensive. They have all the amenities and a couple hard to find in other places. Especially for this price. But what was most important was the staff. I toured with the apartment manager Angelene. Despite there were a mixed up on my schedule and I had came late. She was so professional courteous, respectful. I fell in love w my unit. She did everything to make sure to be responsive and what she could to help me place. She did it! I was so estatic and my situation wasn't easy. It was very complicated. I haven't came across a manager that was so helpful and professional at the same time.

Update 6/14: I just moved in. Stoeve Elsman/supervisor came by to see about some maintenance requests I had. He was professional and courteous to my questions. We recently move here I read some of the prior reviews understanding that each circumstance is different. Although there were some unforseen issues with the water the management, office staff and maintenance all were very professional, courteous, as they worked diligently to resolve the issues. The apartments are very nice, cleaned properly/ move in ready. We are happy with our decision to move here!

My wife and I just moved into the Oasis and we are very happy. The manager, Rae Lynn put on an event the day before Valentine’s Day and it was awesome. The clubhouse was decorated for Valentine’s Day and the residents could hang out and pair wine glasses while enjoying some wine and horderves. It was a great way to meet some neighbors and relax for a bit. We are excited for more events as we settle into to our new apartment!

When searching for a place to live I read the reviews at this place and I will say the reviews had me running for the hills BUT I worked with Ray Lin and Allison and they assured me that they are there to charge the culture and what people think of this place. They have really nice amenities and the apartments are really nice. My family decided to trust Ray Lin and her new team to turn it around. She left the complex for a few months but has returned and brought a new leasing and maintenance staff with her.

I was so enamored with this place that, a year later, I made the decision to return, even after moving to a completely different apartment in the interim. If you're in search of a tranquil and peaceful living environment, Oasis is the ultimate destination. The exceptional staff played a pivotal role in my choice to return, and Katrina, in particular, consistently exhibits a high level of thoroughness and attentiveness. She always takes my concerns and questions seriously. I've never had a negative experience here, and I'm eagerly anticipating an extended stay filled with enjoyment. Whenever I reached out to maintenance for assistance, they were incredibly responsive, showing up promptly to resolve any issues.

We moved here to the Golden State from Ohio just a few months ago and I really must say that we owe a large debt of gratitude to Courtney the previous Community Manager for being such an instrumental reason for why we decided to choose The Oasis Anaheim. I am a HUGE fan of great customer service and her very high/positive energy working with my wife and I was absolutely infectious and the way she interacted with us along with how knowledgeable she was of the property and all of its amenities truly made us move the Oasis to the top of our list. It honestly was one of the most pleasant, enjoyable and memorable experiences we encountered in our apartment search. Thank you Courtney for being a very large part of why we had such a smooth transition moving all the way across the country to be closer to both of our children. After having lived here for a while now, I must say that we are extremely happy here at The Oasis Anaheim and strongly recommend living here. We have a fabulous maintenance team of Moises, Peter and Dom who stay on top of issues and requests and are all super friendly along with a very accommodating and helpful front office team of Carol, Katrina and Emily. It’s in a great location, nice and quiet and people here are very friendly. Our unit is everything and we could not ask for anything more in an apartment! It’s all updated, new appliances, huge bathrooms and closets and the open floor plan makes us feel absolutely like we are home. ~JB

My husband and I have been living here for 5 years and recently upgraded to a larger unit for our 6th year. We love it here and have had great experiences in the past and currently with management but in any apartment when things go wrong it’s up to maintenance to fix things. Moises is so accommodating and always makes sure the repairs get done quickly and correctly when anything goes wrong. Thanks to the staff for always being helpful. Been living here for over 5 years since it used to be The Crossings, the remodel to the amenities has been great. Clubhouse space is amazing, gym is really nice and can always get in without there being too many people in there. The pool area for me is my favorite part it’s massive and has tons of chairs and cabanas to enjoy the hot summers. Each corridor area has its own bbq that’s got sinks and stovetops with plenty of seating as well. Definitely a great place to live. The staff here is also really awesome which has kept us here so long even with the constant change in ownership in the front office everyone that’s came in has been great. The manager Courtney in the leasing office is great and super accommodating and really does what she can to help with anything. The team that I’ve dealt with the most consistently is the Service and Maintenance team since they’ve been around the longest. Moises and his team of Peter and Dom are amazing, they’re very trustworthy and always helpful with any requests that we may have or repairs we may need. They get the work done quickly and efficiently and never really have to wait to get things repaired the turn around time is quick. Highly recommend living here or at least taking a tour of the property and seeing if it’s the home for you.

I have been a resident at the OASIS for more than a year now and I will be transferring to a larger unit because I am pleased with the community and management. I am big on customer service and I have good experience with the OASIS team from Emily at the front office very accommodating and kind to answer all my questions, Courtney the community mgr is super nice and very considerate on our request and gives us the best options, Moises and the whole maintenance team very efficient and reliable when we have repair work needs. The area is very kid friendly and safe as well. I recommend living here - it may be expensive but you get what you pay for with the amenities and upgrades.

I’m a fairly new resident here. Haven’t had the chance to experience some of the complaints that others have commented here. I’ve been notified of every event, scheduled maintenance and even asked for permission to enter my residence in my absence. The management office and maintenance team are nothing short of professional. Any issue that I’ve had, has been handled within a timely manner. Katrina and Courtney make sure that your stay here is a pleasant one. If you’re pet friendly and social then this is the place for you. Even if you like your solitude as myself, you’re definitely in the right place.

I've been a resident here for over two years and honestly with the increases every time I renew my lease and the lack of quality in this Apartment I'm sure you could live in an overpriced building somewhere else with way nicer amenities. 1. I've seen roaches on many occasions inside the gym. 2. the gym equipment is usually dirty, broken, missing pieces or all three 3. my toilets are stopped twice a month if not one of them both of them. 4. This building has had 3 different owners since I've lived here and they each get progressively worse over time. 5. I've been trapped in an elevator with my 6-month-old child for over 2 hours with my groceries and because the alarm in the elevator didn't work I had to wait even longer and the response when finally got a hold of someone " if was after hours" 6. My fridge was BROKEN for four months they did nothing about it and said it wasn't when it was and have yet to reimburse me for my lack of food for four months. Absolutely love living here! It’s been such a great experience from the first time I came for a tour (pre COVID) to my move in and time spent living here, it’s been nothing but a great experience. The front office staff is super friendly and so helpful. The manager, Tanya, is very kind and accommodating to all needs. She’s made me feel welcome from the very beginning. The grounds are also kept very clean and beautiful. My apartment is spacious and updated. I commute to work so the location is convenient as well since the freeway is close by. Definitely recommend living here!

I toured The Crossing recently and I can’t say enough about the customer service I experienced. The leasing agent (I can’t recall her name) went above and beyond to explain the leasing process, lease terms, and availability options. The property is currently undergoing renovations, so the tour was rather short, but even so, I would have leased here if they had a place for me in the timeframe I am looking for (Ju). I am looking forward to coming back and seeing the finished product and leasing. The customer service, price, and location are just what I was looking for.

Prior to moving in to our new home last year we lived at The Crossing for six years and I have to say it was good. Security and living amenities were nice. Our rent only went up slightly over the years which was nice. The community is animal friendly but we would not hear any barking or meowing or any other animal noises. Very quiet community but on occasion some neighbors would not pick up after their dog droppings which was disappointing but the cleaning crew always tried to stay on top of that in order to keep the community clean for the most part. One area of concern is the consist change in management all have been good (some a little more strict than others) but always professional. For example in the 6 years of living there the management changed 4-5 times. The current managers are doing a good job implementing a lot of new ideas such as: taco night parties by the big pool (nice and roomy - although it’s in the process of a being remodeled) and at Christmas they had a children’s giveaway which was really awesome; all in all it’s a good community. Although I will say I am having a little challenge in the whole security deposit now that we moved out but I’m sure it will work out because the management seems to be workable.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year. The priir management team was kind by I felt that improvement was a bit stagnet. With the arrival of Tanya and Adam, who are also very kind, there is a a stark difference in productivity. It's a very of fresh air. The new team is working very hard to improve and upgrade the property while finally getting things repaired that, quite frankly, should have been repaired ages ago. If you express any griviences they do what they can within their ability to resolve the issue. Since they have taken over as management they try to have some fun and interesting community events working to foster a great living environment. We live in a society where you don't know who your neighbors are and this is a great way to help break down barriers and create a positive living environment. Overall, I'm really excited at the changes a that have been done and projects that are in the pipeline. Tanya and Adam seem to truely care about the tenants while taking pride in the property and that can be a hard combination to find. As if that were not enough on its own the maintenance team here is fantastic. They are respectful not only to you but to your in environment if repairs are required. It's nice to live luxury lifestyle environment at a fair price.

Lived at the Crossing for almost 2 years now, and have seen many changes within those years. You can absolutely see the progression upwards in the property! With an amazing maintenance staff, and community management staff it makes living here as simple as you need it to be. The communication between the office and resident is absolutely amazing, they really will get down to the core issue and help you out. The community manager, Tanya, has been an immense upgrade to the community. After a few changes in the past, the really got lucky with her! An amazing pool, and hot tub to enjoy whenever residents would like. Parking is also very simple, especially for an Orange County apartment location. I currently have 3 total roommates and we all have assigned parking. No worries about ever having to find a random parking spot. Fantastic community.

First of all I have to say what a difference it is moving from my last apartment to The Crossing. I LOVE my new apartment! The apartments are beautiful inside! The staff is really kind and I can tell they truly care. I have seen many residents be rude to them and get mad at them for things out of their control and what bothers me most is the people trashing the property (throwing their trash in places other than the chutes or trash cans, letting their dogs poop and pee wherever and not cleaning it up, etc.) are the ones who complain about the property and staff. The property as a whole is very nice! We have a really pretty pool area which is well maintained. The pool and pool area are always very clean which I appreciate so much. Many of my old apartments slacked in this area so it’s nice to have a beautiful area to relax. I also love our BBQ areas! They’re perfect for warm nights and such a nice bonus! Along with the gym and outdoor fireplace! I love that we have a yoga room as well for stretching and doing other floor exercises. The gym is also always very clean and fresh. As a whole I truly love my experience of living at The Crossing.

Been living at the Crossing for about 4 years now. Just renewed and I gotta say, the staff is better than ever! I came here when it was under management by some other company and I can completely tell the difference if the improvements. I've haven't had issues of car break ins myself, but I must say crime has no address. There are gates and Key access gates up and patrol that I've seen walked around. If people are gonna break in, no matter any cameras or security, people will break in regardless. I love the safety measures here and the people here. I don't get why there's complaints or such bad reviews. Unless people are just angry and feel the need to put their rant or tantrum. Nonetheless I love living. And honestly stuff happens, gates breakdown or water needs to be shut off for a repair. All these "issues" are stuff that has been fixed or for a reason. From the new staff here, maintenance guys and neighbors, I enjoy my time here as I work from home.

This community is awesome! There is literally something to do for everyone here. The office staff have been on top of their game with everything and continue to wow me! They just recently even had an event for us to show their appreciation! There is security gates to keep out any intruders, patrol after hours to make you feel safe, and pet stations all around the community for people to clean up after their pets. This community is the perfect place to call home and it doesn't get much better.

Just interacted with exterior on this one. Great location off of the Santa Ana River Trail and within walking distance to Kaiser and the Embassy Suites in Anaheim. Beautiful modern aesthetics and ideal location to catch the Metrolink from. Modern lines and clean visuals. Time in all things and tours are available for those interested in renting. My new husband and I moved in last October and it was the worst experience ever. The girl that leased to us Paula or something told us that our apartment had to be cleaned by us at move in. So glad the new management let her stay here be a short one. She then also had our vehicle towed after she told us to park there via email. I was livid because my neighbor continually played the most raunchy rap music and never cleaned his patio for almost 3 months . I was livid and went to the office to complain and of course the Paula said there was nothing she could do because it was apartment living. Lucky for her the new manger overheard my frustration and said she would take care of it. I didnt believe her until 20 minutes later I watched her walk to their door and whatever she said worked because I never heard a peep out of them again and not one ounce of dog S*** is on their patio is non exsistent. There is a group of people that live here that are careless and leave trash everywhere. LOSERS! People Leave their cars unlocked and except their car to not get broken into or stolen. Yes and idiot actually left his keys in the car and expected his car to be there. LOSER! The managers, Kristin and Austin have really changed our attitude towards the Crossing , yet they have their work cut out for them still and you can tell they must like what they do. I see Austins car here late all the time because she is fixing something that someone did or the other manager is out sweeping up trash which is not her job. Im not sure what the other part of the staff does, but the managers seem to do mostly everything. I think they are understaffed if you ask me. All in all, the Crossing is a great place to live, very close to work and they just started having resident events, YAY for tacos. I would refer someone to live here as long as those two ladies are running the show.

Been living here for a few years now. Quiet. No complaints. Great staff in lobby and the maintenance team is awesome too. They always take time to say hello. More importantly, I never have to wait more than 24 hours to get anything fixed. Moses was here just a few days ago and left my sink cleaner than I had it after he quickly fixed the issue. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Theyre implementing a new trash system so Im sure it will be beneficial to the entire building. Pet owners can be a little more considerate but other than that, great place to live.

I've been living here for more than a year now. Its nice here but recently the amenities is not maintained. The bike storage has been locked for almost 5 months now. Also entrance pass code is not working so every time you have a visitor you need to come down to open the gate for them. Visitor parking is horrible .Printers sometimes not working. Great apartments. From what I understand, there had been problems with past management a number of years ago. My wife and I haven't experienced those problems at all. The management has been very gracious and helpful. The maintenance staff usually solves requests either the same day or next day. The community is beautiful and well kept. There are some odd neighbors occasionally, and the noise some nights can be a bit much from the party crowd if you keep your windows open, but any noise issues we've had have been dwindling as prices have increased. Expensive apartments, but a good deal if you can get in.
